Clif Bars
September 29th, 2007
Um…do any of you people know what a Clif Bar is? You should. They rock, hard. I like to have them for breakfast because I can just pop one in my purse and it keep me feeling satisfied for about 5-6 hours. I’d say the only downside is their sugar content and carbs, if you’re counting that. They also
make Luna Bars, which have added vitamins “for women.” I don’t know about the vitamins, but they are good. I never really thought I’d get into energy/protein bars, but I am officially “in.”
The other interesting thing about them is that they are actually better for you as a whole, than those weird slim fast bars. And they taste way better. Bonus.

Do yourself a favor and pick up one or one hundred. They will rock your socks off.
